In order to vote you need to be aware of the following:

  • Your membership category and number of votes (the constitution outlines your voting rights in clauses 7.3 and 8.3) – please see table below for the number of votes per category
  • The director election process (clause 17 of the constitution)
  • The composition of the board (clause 17)
